| Each week, Indigenous students at Helen Gorman Elementary go on our morning announcements and take time to acknowledge that we are learning on the unceded, Traditional Territory of the Okanagan, Sylix, People. They also recognize and celebrate the unique heritage, diverse cultures and outstanding contributions of Indigenous peoples. Thank you to Dominic, Jenesis, Jocelyn, and Aria for their student leadership.
